23 May Hiring Problems? Bootcamp Is the Answer

It’s no secret that hiring quality employees has been a problem for the residential cleaning industry for years. But throughout the pandemic, the problem has begun to cripple many industries, especially the residential cleaning industry. Enter Employee Bootcamp!

ARCSI held a two-part Employee Bootcamp:

Debbie Sardone, who led both bootcamps, told attendees to, “Strap on your seatbelts guys – we are about to spend the day together solving really big problems for your business.”

Featured speakers in the first bootcamp on March 10 were Debbie, Shawn Day, and Liz Trotter. Speakers for the second bootcamp on May 12 also included Debbie, Molly Moran, and Angela Gervino.

While the current crisis is causing endless struggles, the residential cleaning industry has great potential. Right now, the residential cleaning industry is a $9 billion business, Debbie Sardone told attendees. “Cleaning is one of the fastest businesses to be in, according to Inc.com.”

ARCSI’s bootcamps provided attendees with strategies in two areas:

  • Hiring great employees
  • Keeping great employees

As a member, you can watch the playbacks of both programs even if you weren’t able to attend the live program.
