09 May Waste Not, Want Not
By Gary Downing
One very important thing that I have learned in making homemade, chemical-free cleaning products is that just about everything can be used.
For example, I use skin of lemons peels for a natural fresh fragrance. It’s an all purpose cleaner
Here is what you do:
- Take the skin from lemons a put in a class jar.
- Pour 50 percent distilled water/50 percent white vinegar in the jar.
- Seal the jar tightly.
- Keep everything the jar sealed tight for 21 days.
- After 21 days open jar and put into spray bottle for an all-purpose cleaner with a natural scent.
You might want to think twice before you through away the lemon peeled skins!
