Share a little bit about your family:
My wife and I have 3 adult daughters and one son-in-law. None are coming into the family business, but they are all pursuing their own dreams.

Share what’s unique about your company:
We may be the only residential cleaning company that has started an ESOP, bought it back, and since 2008, we have offered a 6% matching 401(k) to help our employees reach retirement goals.

Which benefit has had the most impact on your business?
The answer then would be networking with fellow business owners.

Why do you think it’s important for a residential cleaning company to be a member of ARCSI?
Networking, national resources, lobbying, access to vendor exhibits, and some discounts based on membership.

Why do you think it’s important to attend the ISSA Show?
Hear thought leaders on timely topics, network among fellow business owners, and see vendors eager to compete with those I have been buying from.
